Headquartered in Surat as an audit and advisory firm, B Kabra & Co has over 50 employees in 10+ strategically placed locations across the country. Founder partner of B Kabra & Co. CAs, BM Kabra is a CA in practice since 1998. He pursued his CA course from Mumbai & started his practice from Surat. He further completed a certificate course on concurrent, forensic audit, DISA and completed Insolvency Professional Course (IBBI) and handled cases of NCLT. Currently, he is looking after ASM, Statutory & Tax Audits and working as Interim Resolution Professional.
Partner at B Kabra & Co., CA Aditya Kabra has been a chartered accountant in practice since 2012 after completing his CA curriculum in 2011. He has also completed the certificate course on concurrent & forensic audit with an experience of working for an Italian company handling audit activities and setting up of business in India. Currently, he is looking after Audit assignments and Taxation matters. He is a expert in taxation both direct n indirect taxes and handles audits of corporates including investment advisory and handling total sum of more than 10 CR. He is also a passionate reader, movie buff and avid follower of life skills on YouTube.
Samwar has been working with us since 2014, he is an audit manager and technical banking expert. His expertise include ASM Audit, Stock and receivable Audit, Concurrent audit of Banks, Tax Audits and other major areas. He is also a passionate YouTuber where he shares life advices and motivational videos under his channel name "Sanwar Mal Choudhary". He is also an avid reader, movie fanatic and follows life skills on YouTube.

Advisor to B Kabra & Co., he is a Civil & Structural Design engineer by profession and has more than 25 years of experience in the field of Design & Engineering of RCC, Steel & Composite structures. He has also interacted with various international consultants & contracting companies like Jacobs Engineering Consultants, Shimizu Corporation India Pvt. Ltd., M.N. Dastur, L&T Construction & Engineering division, Tata Consulting Engineers, Reliance Industries, Godrej & Boyce, Thermax, Thyssen Krup, Saudi Aramco etc. for their projects during his tenure as a Head of Design Department with these companies.
Janakiraman Dorairajan
Mr. Dorairajan is an advisor for B Kabra & Co. since 2020. By profession he is a Technical Manager and Marine Engineer Office - First Class Engineer (Motor). He joined Shipping Corporation of India, Mumbai in October 1974 and was serving on board merchant vessels comprising Large Crude oil carrier, Bulk Carrier and general Cargo Vessels from the position of Junior to Second Engineer from 1974 to 1987. He further worked in Farsund Ship Management, Hongkong from 1987 to 1992 and served as Chief Engineer in Large crude oil carrier before joining shore job.

Mr. Chapke has been a technical expert for B Kabra & Co. since 2021. He is an Agri Tech Expert and a core team member for establishing fresh produce business for top two retailers Big Bazaar and Reliance fresh in India. He also executed many green field projects for cold storage and poly houses right from the site selection till marketing of the produce on a large scale in the western part of India. He offers a diverse experience of working with HDFC Bank-Agri commodity finance division, where he was instrumental in preparing core financial products for the bank.
